(I) Sharing
1. We will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual other than Jintihui, except in the following circumstances:
(1) Obtain your explicit consent or authorization in advance;
(2) Based on legal circumstances: in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, the need for litigation dispute resolution, or the requirements of administrative, judicial, and other competent authorities in accordance with the law;
(3) Sharing with related parties: In order to provide you with consistent services and facilitate your unified management, we may share your personal information with our related parties. However, we will only share necessary personal information. If we share your personal sensitive information or the related party changes the purpose of using personal information, we will ask for your authorization again. II) Transfer
As our business develops, we and our related parties may conduct mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, or similar transactions. We strongly recommend that you use a safe method and complex password to help us ensure the security of your account. 4. Security Incidents
